They say it's not happy people who are grateful, but grateful people who are happy. I could not agree more. Being thankful for what we DO have instead of what we don't is a game changer.

Recently, I was invited to join the third annual Girls Trip with these 3 amazing women. I was so honored to be included and I will treasure the memories we made forever. On our last night in San Diego, we all put on some favorite clothes, trekked the short walk to the Pacific Ocean and had a fun photo shoot just before sunset.

I'm forever grateful for these moments, memories and women I get to call my friends!
