Family Mini Session - Time Stops Photography

CAP AND GOWN MINI SESSION: Fee: $200 Sessions are 15 minutes in length and will finish on time to allow for the next session to start. Please arrive a few minutes early.  Time will not be extended due to any late arrivals.  Mini sessions are for the graduating/graduated Senior only and may not be used for any other type of photography (headshots, family, etc.)  *This is a special low price for mini sessions, due to Covid19!

LOCATION: Mini Sessions will take place in Aurora.  Exact location is TBD and once determined, will be shared with all the Seniors who have booked a time slot app.

PAYMENT: A 50% retainer of $100 is required to book and hold the time slot. You can complete payment at the bottom of the form.  The retainer is non-refundable. The balance of $100 is due the day before the session. An invoice will be sent the day before to be completed before you arrive.

PRODUCTS/DELIVERY: This session comes with 5 final high resolution digital files, chosen by the client, from a password protected gallery of approximately 12-15 total images.  Additional digital files may be purchased for $40 each, 3 for $100 or the remainder for an additional $150 , and will be invoiced via Stripe.  Final edited images will be delivered to the client approximately 5-7 days after final choices are sent to Time Stops Photography, via WeTransfer. You will be able to download the files directly to your computer via a link that is live for 7 days.  Once the files have been delivered, it is your responsibility to download them and back them up prior to the expiration date. A reload fee will be charged if a request is made to send them again. Files are generally kept for 6 months but once the images have been delivered, there is no guarantee they will be available again in the future.  

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULES: Retainers are non-refundable. Rescheduling will be at the discretion of Time Stops Photography. Weather conditions that would require a reschedule would include, rain, excessive wind or storms.  Cold temperatures do not constitute a need to reschedule.  Please plan your clothing accordingly. If the photographer must cancel and is not able to reschedule, all retainer fees will be returned. 

ARTISTIC RIGHTS: Time Stops Photography retains the sole right in discretion for choosing the images to be shown to the client. Photographs will be shown untouched and unedited in the initial gallery.  Once the final choices are made by the client, those images will be retouched and edited as needed, with basic adjustments. Any extensive editing requests my incur an additional charge.

RESHOOT POLICY: The need for a reshoot will be determined solely by Time Stops Photography.  Reshoots, at no cost, may happen due to technical issues with the camera or the images.  Mini sessions will not be redone due to client's choices of clothing, hair style, make-up, uncooperative clients or other personal issues outside the control of the photographer.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY: No one besides the photographer may take any photos or video at the session with a personal camera phone or or regular film/digital camera, unless specifically discussed with the photographer.  Behind the scenes images that include both the family members and the photographer are permitted.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining digital files for personal use only and will receive a release with usage parameters outlined with the delivery of final images.  Digital files may not be used commercially, sold/given to any third parties to submitted to any photo contests.  Clients will receive a print release for all final images chosen.

COVID19: If the client or photographer is presenting with any symptoms of illness (fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc) prior to the session, the session MUST be rescheduled.  The photographer will wear a mask throughout the duration of the session and will maintain a distance of at least 6 feet at all times. The client may also bring their own mask to wear during the times when photographs are not being taken. Please bring your own hand sanitizer or hand wipes, in case they are needed. Photographs will only be taken outdoors.  Any family members attending the session must also wear a mask.

INDEMNIFICATION & LIABILITY: Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Photographer and its affiliates, employees, agents and independent contractors for any injury, property damage, liability, claim or other cause of action arising out of or related to services provided to the Client by Time Stops Photography.

COPYRIGHT:  Time Stops Photography shall own the copyright in all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions for, including but not limited to, marketing materials, portfolio entries, sample products, editorial submissions and use, or for display within or on the Photographer’s website and/or studio. If the Photographer desires to make other uses, the Photographer shall not do so without first obtaining the written permission of the Client. It is understood that any duplication or alteration of original images is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of the Photographer.

Family Mini Session - Time Stops Photography

FAMILY MINI SESSION: Fee: $325 Sessions are 20 minutes in length and will include 5 final high res digital images. Mini sessions are for immediate family only and may not be used for any other type of photography (headshots, senior sessions, extended family, etc). 

LOCATION: TBD with the Dellinger Family and TSP.

PAYMENT: Full payment must be made at the beginning of the session.  If paying by check, please make it out to Time Stops Photography.

COOPERATION: Families are expected to cooperate with Time Stops Photography. TSP is not responsible for sessions where the family does not cooperate and work with the photographer to get the best possible images.

MODEL RELEASE

Client authorizes the Photographer, and/or any assignees and licensees, to use and to create images, and any reproduction of them in any form in any media whatsoever, for promotional materials, online marketing, portfolio, and other areas of marketability.  The Client gives Time Stops Photography permission to photograph any minor described herein.  Client hereby certifies that Client is the [parent/legal guardian] of the minor who is subject to the foregoing release and has the full right and authority to grant this consent on behalf of such minor. Client certifies that they are acting both individually and on behalf of said minor, Client consents to the execution of the foregoing Release by said minor and the grant of rights made therein. 

Client authorizes Time Stops Photography, and/or any assignees and licensees, to use and to create images, and any reproduction of them in any form in any media whatsoever, for promotional materials, online marketing, portfolio, and other areas of marketability.  Client acknowledges that there will be no compensation, either now or at any time in the future, for any use of marketing and that the Photographer of such photos exclusively owns all rights.  Client acknowledges and agrees that the Photographer may modify, change, or alter such images without restriction, unless outlined specifically in this Agreement.

Client acknowledges and agrees that the photographs created by Time Stops Photography will become and remain the exclusive property of Time Stops Photography and that the Client retains no rights to said photographs unless specified particularly in the Release provided with the final images. Client waives all rights and claims and releases the Photographer from any claim or cause of action, whether now known or unknown, relating to the sale, display, license or use of the photos.
